Educational Acceleration Classes for Young Children
A very warm welcome to Little Lessons. We provide lessons of the highest quality, for young children aged 3 - 11 years. All of our lessons are carefully planned and delivered by highly experienced and well-qualified teachers. We teach our lessons in person and online, via our virtual classroom.
Our lessons are planned individually and according to the National Curriculum; Nursery and Reception (EYFS), Year 1 and Year 2 (KS1), Year 3 and Year 4 (KS2), and Year 5 and Year 6 (KS2). In the future, we also plan to offer school holiday educational camps.
There are lots of educational online tools, apps, and whizzy resources out there, but we believe in solid, quality teaching resulting in evidence-based results. Our vision is to provide lessons of the very highest quality for your child; to consolidate learning, accelerate knowledge, enhance skills, and build confidence.
We cover age-specific topics for each lesson including phonics, literacy, numeracy, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, exam technique, and preparation for 4+, 7+, and 11+ assessments.
Who are we?
Little Lessons was founded by Victoria O’Brien.
Victoria has taught and led in education for over 25 years and is a three times Ofsted Outstanding Headmistress. She qualified as a teacher in New Zealand and holds both a Diploma of Teaching (Primary and Secondary) and a Bachelor of Education. She is also holds a U.K Post-Graduate qualification, focussing on phonics and reading in the Early Years. Victoria has taught children from age 2 to 13 and is a fully qualified Ofsted Inspector.
Throughout her career, Victoria has led at a number of outstanding schools in London, ensuring the students in her care receive an education of the very highest quality.
